When specifying the types of rider signs you would like please
make sure the below information matches the number of signs in your order.
Please specify the number of FOR SALE riders in your order.
Please specify the number of OPEN HOUSE riders in your order.
Custom text such as 3BR, 2BA or JUST LISTED. If you will need more than one custom text rider please list all variations here.
If your order consists of more than one size rider and/or text, please assign the text to the associated rider. i.e. FOR SALE on 18 x 6 Bottom Rider, 2BR, 3BA on 24 x 6 top riders.
To ensure the integrity of your brand colors you may provide your brand-specific Pantone (PMS) color codes. We cannot ensure the color consistency of CMYK, RGB or HEX color codes.

File Setup Print-ready files should be submitted as a PDF or JPG with a 1/4" bleed on each side.
For best printing quality, please ensure your file is between 150 and 300 DPI and output in CMYK. Max file size is 20mb.
If you would like to provide files at a later time, or your files are too large, proceed without uploading and we will contact you to get your file.
Note If you have selected multiple sign sizes please submit artwork for each version.
This option adds pre-press review by our staff production artists to ensure your file is properly set up for print. You will also be provided a PDF proof of your signs to approve before it is put into production.

Logo file should be a high-res JPG or vectorized PDF. Max file size is 10mb. If no logo is provided we will make our best effort to find the correct logo based on the "Agency/Company Name" provided above.
